NewDialingRuleRequest

Adds a new dialing rule

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/api/settings/dialing-rules/new

**NewDialingRuleRequest** Parameters:

CenterId	body	string	No	The ID of the center you want to associate with this dialing rule.

UserName	form	string	Yes	The HostedSuite User Name. Data visibility and security is based on this user's permissions.
